For access issues
Include the Google account type, whether the add-on was installed manually or through a test deployment, and what step failed.
For policy questions
Reference the relevant page or requirement and include the URL you are reviewing so the response can be precise.
For commercial questions
At present there is no public billing flow. If you need clarification on planned pricing or rollout status, mention that explicitly.
